<ul><li>Proven experience in instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments.
</li><li>Strong understanding of HSE rules, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

</li><li>Ability to assess and close competency gaps within a team.
</li><li>Skilled in coordinating technical activities with multiple stakeholders.

</li><li>Coordinate with specialists, vendors, and process/control teams.
</li><li>Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.

</li><li>Prepare, validate, and maintain technical and maintenance reports.
</li><li>Suggest improvements to procedures and resolve operational issues.
</li><li>Track pending works and potential risks to prevent inefficiencies.
</li><li>Organize team schedules, rotations, and training needs.
</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentoring.

</li><li>Supervise vendor activities on site within assigned areas.

</li><li>Control electrical isolation through proper switchboard locking and unlocking procedures.
</li><li>Lead training programs for personnel and report skill gaps.
