</li></ul>Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
<ul><li>Background in engineering with strong knowledge of commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness processes.
</li><li>Experience in developing maintenance planning, production strategies, and operational optimization.
</li><li>Familiarity with HSE practices, risk assessments, and incident investigation methods.
</li><li>Skilled in reviewing technical documentation, operating manuals, and system procedures.
</li><li>Ability to manage change processes, from design modifications to operational improvements.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to support operations and resolve complex technical issues.
</li><li>Proficiency in English.
</li></ul>Tasks:
<ul><li>Oversee commissioning, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
</li><li>Support safety reviews, operational readiness meetings, and technical progress reporting.
</li><li>Identify and resolve technical and HSE-related issues during operations.
</li><li>Lead root cause analysis for operational problems and document corrective actions.
</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance and procurement to plan shutdowns, spare parts, and resources.
</li><li>Manage documentation updates, design modifications, and process change approvals.
</li><li>Provide operational input during project bidding and execution phases.
</li><li>Ensure smooth transition from commissioning to steady-state operations, capturing lessons learned.
</li><li>Review and comment on manuals, procedures, commissioning plans, and spare parts lists.</li></ul></div>
