About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual who can handle both digital and offline marketing execution for our beverage brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on &mdash; from creating simple social media creatives to coordinating with vendors, organizing sampling activities, and managing small-scale events.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital &amp; Creative Tasks<ul><li>Create basic social media graphics and posts using Canva/Photoshop (no advanced design needed, just clean, brand-aligned posts).</li><li>Coordinate content schedules, captions, and posting on social platforms.</li><li>Assist in influencer outreach: sending product kits, managing lists, follow-ups.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Agency Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with printing agencies, packaging vendors, and marketing agencies to ensure deliverables are on time.</li><li>Collect quotations, negotiate rates, and track production progress.</li><li>Handle logistics for product sampling and promotional materials.</li></ul>On-Ground Marketing &amp; Events<ul><li>Plan and execute product sampling activities at caf&eacute;s, gyms, events, or colleges.</li><li>Manage small brand activations like pop-up stalls or festival presence.</li><li>Supervise interns, promoters, or on-ground teams during activities.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain budgets and expense sheets for campaigns and events.</li><li>Keep records of stock dispatched for events, sampling, or influencers.</li><li>Prepare weekly reports on campaign status, sampling feedback, and social media performance.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or social media (freshers with strong interest/skills can also apply).</li><li>Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.</li><li>Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills (email + phone).</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and willing to travel locally for events.</li><li>Understanding of Instagram and youth culture is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work directly with the founder &amp; marketing head on growing a new-age beverage brand.</li><li>Exposure to both online &amp; offline marketing.</li><li>Freedom to experiment and learn in a startup environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mp Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
