 The Freelance Evaluator - MPPSC English Medium plays a vital role in assessing and evaluating the performance of candidates appearing for the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) examinations. The primary objective is to ensure the integrity and consistency of evaluation processes while providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of education and examination standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate examination papers and assignments submitted by MPPSC candidates in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that evaluations are conducted in a fair, unbiased manner, adhering to the set examination guidelines and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with academic teams to develop evaluation rubrics and guidelines to standardize assessment processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in training sessions and discussions to stay updated on evaluation criteria and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality of all evaluation materials and candidate information at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile and submit evaluation reports to the relevant authorities within stipulated deadlines.

 Technical Skills

 Proficient in English writing and comprehension, with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.

 Required Qualifications

 Knowledge of the MPPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and assessment criteria.

Primary Job Responsibilities: Video Editing: - Edit raw video footage into polished, professional videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and more. - Ensure high-quality video output, including color correction, sound mixing, and seamless transitions. - Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and requirements for each project.Motion Graphics Design: - Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, including intros, outros, and titles. - Use software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to design and animate visuals. - Integrate graphics, illustrations, and text into videos to create engaging visual experiencesSpecific Knowledge &amp; Skills. <ul><li>Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar software.</li><li>Proficiency in motion graphics design software like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or Blender.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative design.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and an ability to follow project guidelines.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A passion for creativity, with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.  Strong academic command over NCERT syllabus and awareness of State Board variations (especially UP, Bihar, MP and Rajasthan).
