Job Title: Multi-Skilled Builder with Plumbing &amp; Electrical ExperienceLocation: Cardiff (CF24) Start Date: 2&ndash;3 weeks from todayEstimated Duration: 4&ndash;6 Weeks Remuneration: &pound;5,000 Fixed Fee (Paid in full upon successful project completion)Project Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, independent builder to execute the full renovation and remodeling of a 4-bedroom residential property. This project requires a professional capable of delivering a premium finish with absolute autonomy. You must be able to work independently and by yourself. There will be little to no assistance available or other staff.Scope of Work<ul><li>Kitchen &amp; Bathrooms: Full installation of a new kitchen, main bathroom (build a walk-in shower), and an additional en-suite.</li><li>Joinery &amp; Flooring: Installation of doors, skirting, flooring, and carpets.</li><li>Tiling &amp; Decorating: Full-house wallpaper removal, plastering/skimming, and professional painting.</li><li>Plumbing &amp; Electrical: Replacement of radiators and lighting; relocation/installation of a new electrical consumer unit.</li><li>External: Replacement and installation of a conservatory roof. Paint exterior of the property.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Conditions<ul><li>Sole Responsibility: No assistance or additional labour will be provided. You are required to complete the entire project personally from start to finish.</li><li>Expertise: Only apply if you have the proven experience to handle all listed trades (plumbing, electrics, plastering, carpentry) to a high standard.</li><li>Equipment: You must provide your own professional-grade tools.</li><li>Travel/Accommodation: If you are travelling from outside the Cardiff area, on-site accommodation can be provided for the duration of the project.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>All materials will be provided on-site.</li><li>On-site parking is available.</li><li>Payment (&pound;5,000) will be issued via bank transfer or cash immediately upon satisfactory final inspection, with no deductions.</li></ul>Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract, Fixed term contract, Temporary Contract length: 6 weeksPay: &pound;5,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Free parking</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Application question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Electrical work &amp; Plumbing </li><li>Do you meet the requirements in the job listing including but not limited to carpentry, tilings and as advertised. </li><li>Do you understand this is a fixed fee of &pound;5,000 for the complete project paid upon completion.
