Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)
Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, performing emissions testing (state inspections were applicable), vehicle movement, inventory management, repair documentation, and computer utilization.<ul><li>
Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models of DriveTime inventory vehicles.</li><li>
Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays in production.</li><li>
Proper documentation of all work performed in DT systems.</li><li>
Keep area clean and organized to maintain highest level of safety and compliance.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff)<ul><li>
Must be proficient in automotive repairs.</li><li>
Must be able to trouble shoot basic automotive concerns.</li><li>
Must be able to communicate the causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issue.</li><li>
Must be able to meet metric performance targets.</li><li>
Must be able to learn and operate basic computer systems.</li><li>
Must be organized and punctual.</li><li>
Must maintain a safe and compliant work space.</li><li>
Must be able to learn and comply with all DriveTime standards.</li></ul>
Requirements (a.k.a. What You Need to Get the Job Done)<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements
The Physical demands described within are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.</li><li>

In short as an Area Manager (Area Manager, Dealer Strategic Partnerships - GoFi), you&rsquo;ll lead the charge in driving loan volume and market growth by building high-impact relationships with franchise auto dealers. You&rsquo;ll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your dealer network, championing the GoFi brand, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive performance.
In Long as an Area Manager (Area Manager, Dealer Strategic Partnerships - GoFi) you are responsible for:<ul><li>
Owning dealer relationships within your assigned territory&mdash;building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and turning partnerships into high-performing sales engines.</li><li>
Driving revenue growth by onboarding new dealer partners, increasing loan volume, and expanding GoFi&rsquo;s market presence through consultative selling and strategic influence.</li><li>
Delivering impactful training and support, empowering dealers with a deep understanding of GoFi&rsquo;s programs, tools, and competitive advantages to help them sell more effectively.</li><li>
