In short , as an Workday Analyst, you will be a member of the centralized, dedicated Workday HRIS Team working out of our Tempe, AZ Home Office. This team works together to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving and providing expertise on the system for other Employee Experience departments.
In long, the Workday Analyst is responsible for:
<ul><li>Working with the employee engagement team to develop company-wide action planning.
</li><li>Managing and addressing inquiries; reporting on data from our employee experience system.
</li><li>Acting as an Employee Experience subject matter expert by researching, analyzing, and delivering useful insights regarding the employee experience using systems, reporting and processes, and other employee feedback platforms under the direction of leadership.
</li><li>Provides technical support for HRIS specific Workday modules, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
</li>Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Represent the Employee Experience Team in IT integration projects.
</li><li>Advises on any changes or actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
</li><li>Implement Workday business process configuration changes.
</li><li>Validates system configuration changes, to ensure quality and stability of Workday.
</li><li>Informs management of recurring issues or when additional team training may be required.
</li><li>Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts.
</li><li>View and audit incoming employee data from Self Service and Onboarding systems.
</li><li>Resolve payroll, timekeeping and tax-related issues.
</li><li>Answer help-desk tickets.
</li></ul>The Specifics.
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field; or equivalent experience.
</li><li>Experience with a Human Capital Management software such as Workday is preferred.
</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
</li><li>1+ years experience working with various data and analytics platforms
</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)
In short, the Reconditioning Center Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the Reconditioning Center; including bottom line management, workflow, performance management, and quality assurance resolution. The Operations Manager must be able to meet goals and make sure that all vehicles purchased at auction meet our standards and are able to come with the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty we supply our customers before they are sent to our retail stores for final sale.
In long, the Reconditioning Center Operations Manager is responsible for:
<ul><li>Ensure the dealerships are constantly supplied with a sufficient variety of high quality vehicles to meet their sales demand.
</li><li>Achieve bottom line management objectives through the effective management of the Reconditioning Center team, operating expenses, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
</li><li>Work with regional management and buyer team to establish supply chain goals.
</li><li>Complete recruiting, screening, and hiring of the Reconditioning Center team members using methods designed to reduce turnover and improve performance.
</li><li>Hold regularly scheduled meetings with all Reconditioning Center staff.
</li><li>Ensure Team Leads are effectively training and developing their direct reports.
</li><li>Evaluate Reconditioning Center team performance and give feedback constantly, regularly, and in a timely manner based on both observations of performance, behavior, and a review of performance statistics.
</li>Assist in the completion and conduct of performance evaluations.

</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and work with all levels of employees and customers, and work in conjunction with various corporate groups to achieve corporate and ground goals.
