Responsibilities<ul><li>Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments or role types, working closely with senior recruiters</li><li>Assist with recruitment projects and hiring initiatives across departments</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals, building early experience in headhunting and multi-channel sourcing</li><li>Help post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and the careers page</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates for senior review</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Support recruitment events, campaigns, and networking activities</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS/talent pipeline up to date</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>

Role Overview

Requirements

Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market.</li><li>

Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.</li><li>
Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.</li><li>
Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus.</li><li>
A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.</li><li>

Senior Property Consultant

<div>Overview
We are hiring a strategic growth leader to own and scale our personal brand and lead generation ecosystem. This is not a social media manager role. This position is responsible for turning content into consistent, qualified real estate leads. You will manage freelancers, agencies, content direction, and growth strategy end-to-end.
Key Objective
Build a structured content and marketing system that generates consistent high-quality real estate investor leads.
Core Responsibilities
Growth &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Design and execute strategy to generate leads from social platforms</li><li>Build funnels, automations, and conversion systems</li><li>Manage paid ads and performance metrics including CPL, ROI, and conversions</li></ul>
Content Strategy &amp; Direction<ul><li>Define positioning, messaging, and content pillars</li><li>Plan monthly content calendar</li><li>Review scripts, edits, and content performance</li><li>Guide creative direction (not primary editor)</li></ul>
Content Production (Hands-On)<ul><li>Shoot and edit short-form video content (approximately 10 videos per month) when required</li><li>Capture high-quality property, lifestyle, and personal brand content independently</li><li>Ensure quick turnaround for time-sensitive market opportunities</li><li>Maintain quality standards across filming, lighting, framing, and editing</li></ul>
