Role Overview</b></h3><p>
As a <b>Real Estate Agent</b>, you will be an integral part of our mission to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey, whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai&rsquo;s dynamic property market.</p><p><b>
Your key responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul>

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
</li><li>Managing property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently.
</li><li>Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
</li><li>Providing expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions</li>

Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.</li>
<li>Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.</li>
<li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.</li>
<li>A valid UAE driver&rsquo;s license is preferred.</li>
