We are hiring a strategic growth leader to own and scale our personal brand and lead generation ecosystem. This is not a social media manager role. This position is responsible for turning content into consistent, qualified real estate leads. You will manage freelancers, agencies, content direction, and growth strategy end-to-end.
Key Objective
Build a structured content and marketing system that generates consistent high-quality real estate investor leads.
Core Responsibilities
Growth &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Design and execute strategy to generate leads from social platforms</li><li>Build funnels, automations, and conversion systems</li><li>Manage paid ads and performance metrics including CPL, ROI, and conversions</li></ul>
Content Strategy &amp; Direction<ul><li>Define positioning, messaging, and content pillars</li><li>Plan monthly content calendar</li><li>Review scripts, edits, and content performance</li><li>Guide creative direction (not primary editor)</li></ul>
Content Production (Hands-On)<ul><li>Shoot and edit short-form video content (approximately 10 videos per month) when required</li><li>Capture high-quality property, lifestyle, and personal brand content independently</li><li>Ensure quick turnaround for time-sensitive market opportunities</li><li>Maintain quality standards across filming, lighting, framing, and editing</li></ul>
Team &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Lead freelancers, editors, and agencies</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and execution quality</li><li>Build scalable systems and workflows</li></ul>
Platform Growth<ul><li>Oversee short-form content output</li><li>Manage audience engagement and inbound enquiries</li><li>Identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market</li></ul>
Field Presence<ul><li>Attend shoots, events, and property visits</li><li>Capture and direct daily content opportunities</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li> 
Minimum 3&ndash;4 years in brand growth, digital marketing, or content-driven lead generation</li><li>Real estate industry experience required</li><li>Proven ability to generate leads from social media</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and ownership mindset</li><li>Experience managing freelancers or agencies</li><li>Proactive and execution-driven</li><li>Arabic preferred</li><li>Must have UAE driving licence and own car</li><li>Must work on-site daily (9am&ndash;6pm)</li></ul>
