<div><div>This is a significant role and requires multi-tasking along with time management and load ability including warehouse layout also loading and unloading of the goods received inbound and outbound. The ability to supervise all the duties that are done by the warehouse workers. They also must manage the unloading, storage and loading of the goods.</div><div>

Your responsibilities as a Supervisor</b></div><ul><li>
Confer with warehouse workers to decipher when delivery truck/vehicle arrive and make plan to receive them.</li><li>
Responsible for counting and supervising of inventory loaded into /unloaded from truck.</li><li>
Performing daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.</li><li>
Responsible for scanning the items at the time of loading and unloading of materials.</li><li>
Supervising all warehouse workers and daily activities done by each worker.</li><li>
Maintain FIFO on all stock.</li><li>
Ensuring the loaded items correspond to the pick list generated.</li><li>
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to safety and storage layout specifications.</li><li>
Managing the stock in the warehouse in an orderly manner along with systematic labeling and identifiers</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining the bin card updating system in proper manner.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining inventory by conducting daily PIC (Physical Inventory Counting) and weekly full stock count.</li><li>
Responsible to assign duties to workers based on their experience.</li><li>
Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out; operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.</li><li>
Assist the warehouse workers to lift and carry items to awaiting delivery trucks, ensuring that the workers have properly and safely loaded the items onto the vehicles and secure the same.</li><li>
Confirm proper and timely delivery of products.</li><li>
Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce for attaining the warehouse objectives.</li><li>
Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse space and equipment&rsquo;s.</li></ul><div><b>
