Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.</li></ul>Sales:<ul><li>Promote and sell the company&rsquo;s products or services to new and existing customers.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Follow up with leads and convert them into actual customers.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer service activities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and service.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or higher (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in sales (minimum 5 year).</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Professional appearance and behavior.</li><li>Good computer skills (Microsoft Office &ndash; Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>are you ok with the salary?</li></ul>
