RONE-SCAN-PRO (DSP)Location: RemoteType: Contract PositionJob OverviewWe are looking for a Pilot Coordinator to help us find, hire, and manage W9 drone pilots across multiple states. This person will be responsible for building schedules, verifying completion, and handling rescheduling when needed. The role requires someone who is organized, direct, and able to stay on top of many moving tasks without losing track of details.Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruit and hire W9 drone pilots.</li><li>Build pilot schedules and assign properties.</li><li>Verify completed work and update schedules as needed.</li><li>Reschedule properties when issues come up.</li><li>Track progress and communicate with pilots about expectations.</li><li>Communicate politely and professionally with clients when required.</li></ul>What We Need From You<ul><li>Strong organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Able to make decisions confidently.</li><li>Thick-skinned and comfortable handling issues directly.</li><li>Patient and polite when interacting with clients.</li><li>Highly motivated and able to handle a fast pace.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Contract role.</li><li>Potential to transition into a W2 position.</li><li>Bonus opportunities when certain performance goals are met</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $750.00 per weekWork Location: Remote
