Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.</li><li>Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for special events or banquets.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.</li><li>Some Cooking will be needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.</li><li>Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently.</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A passion for fine dining and brewing techniques is desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.</li></ul>Join us as we create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!PAY RANGE: Hourly $16.90 PLUS TIPS!!!Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
