Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute a strong social media content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.* Work closely with the Content/Brand Strategist/Designer to translate brand ideas into engaging, trend-led content.* Supervise content production &mdash; from briefing the team (designers, editors, influencers) to reviewing and final uploads.* Write, edit, and review captions, scripts, and creative copies aligned with brand tone.* Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to make Invogue's social presence relevant and relatable.* Coordinate with influencer marketing and paid marketing teams to maintain campaign synergy.* Monitor brand mentions, audience engagement, and community conversations and grows the follower base.Requirement:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.* 1-3 years of experience in social media management.* Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform algorithms.* Excellent sense of aesthetics, trends, and brand tonality.* Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work with creative teams.* Someone proactive, witty, and loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping content.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
