Role &amp; responsibilitiesProcurement Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with objectives, considering cost, quality, supplier performance, and risk.</li><li>Knowledge of all building work materials related with different brands, rates, quality &amp; availability especially in, RMC, Steel, Flooring Material, Plumbing Material, Finishing Material Block work, Fire Fighting, Electrical Material, Waterproofing &amp; Chemical, Etc.</li><li>Formulating and implementing the procurement strategy by developing/ modifying strategy for purchase and establishing methods to achieve project targets.</li><li>Budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials, maximum cost savings &amp; meeting anticipatory orders for monthly operations.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.</li><li>Evaluate and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.</li></ul>Supplier Management<ul><li>Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc., purchase of materials, quality verification.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Supplier evaluation and management, projection of material supply site wise.</li><li>Lead supplier negotiations for favorable terms and pricing. Optimize value through contract negotiations</li><li>Preparing Purchase Order, overseeing follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries, and quality checks, billing &amp; ensuring timely payments.</li></ul>Procurement Processes<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition delivery- payment closure</li><li>Implement and enhance procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.</li><li>Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of cost reduction.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Managing operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operations</li><li>Preparing MIS reports, Work orders of inward/ outward logistics with a view to appraise top management and users of the routine inventory management activities</li><li>Monitoring incoming materials supplied by vendors, checking product costing, Inventory recording and ensuring they are as per quality &amp; quantity specifications.</li><li>Understanding of interiors of residential apartments</li></ul>Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain documentation related to procurement activities.</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.</li><li>Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.</li><li>Manages group or interpersonal conflict.</li><li>Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.</li><li>Manages time and possesses organizational skills.</li><li>Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, organized manner.</li><li>Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.</li><li>Makes calls if necessary.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold experience in Real Estate Industry?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
