Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as part of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage incoming phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and basic financial tasks</li><li>Schedule and coordinate using Google Calendar</li><li>Work with GIS mapping software (training available for the right candidate)</li><li>Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)</li><li>Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new software</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks preferred</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
