<b>The Position:</b> We&rsquo;re looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects for residential &amp; commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. This person will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects. This person will also oversee projects with the help from an assigned Construction Superintendent, from start to finish and manage contractors. We are seeking those with both sales and project management experience.<br>

This position has a base salary from $75,000 - $90,000 annually and is eligible for annual bonus.<br>

Requirements:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>
2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (both residential and commercial) -<i> Required</i></li><li>
Must have restoration estimating experience and able to write scopes in Xactimate - <i>Required</i></li><li>
Attention to details</li><li>
Must have good communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Must have a valid Drivers License</li><li>
Ability to travel out of town is preferred</li><li>
Pass background check and drug screen</li></ul><div>

<b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.</li><li>
Lead communication efforts between customer and insurance providers.</li><li>
Monitor/control construction through the administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.</li><li>
Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.</li><li>
Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.</li><li>
Identify all potential legal problems and litigation&rsquo;s for their projects and reviews them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.</li><li>
Oversee completion of project close-out.</li><li>
Represent the company in project meetings.</li><li>
Provide technical assistance and support to all members of the project.</li><li>
Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.</li><li>
Actively leads internal team(s) that focuses on continuous improvement of the business.</li><li>
Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.</li><li>
Familiar with all Policies and Processes as it relates to this position.</li><li>
Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.</li></ul><div><b>
