Location: Okhla Phase 1, New DelhiExperience : 0 to 5 yearsWe are looking for a skilled Interior Designer who can create detailed 2D interior drawings including furniture layouts, electrical, lighting, and plumbing drawings. The candidate will support the design and execution team by preparing accurate drawings for smooth site execution.<ul><li>Develop design concepts: Create initial design concepts, including space planning, layout, color schemes, and material selections, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.</li><li>Prepare design drawings and specifications: Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications, for project execution.</li><li>Client Communication and Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Proficiency in CAD software: Demonstrate expertise in using CAD software for creating and editing design drawings and plans.</li><li>Knowledge of building codes and regulations: Understand and apply relevant building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance.</li><li>Material and product knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of various materials, finishes, and products used in interior design.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities:<ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Continuously research and learn about the latest design trends, technologies, and materials.</li><li>Contribute to business development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.</li><li>Maintain a professional and organized workspace: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, and maintain accurate records of project documentation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
