Job Overview
Mobile Specialists work hand in hand with our retail partners, representing AT&amp;T in a store-within-a-store concept. This role demands active customer engagement and showcasing product benefits. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently exceeds performance targets through outstanding sales and service.
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Create and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers</li>
<li>Engage customers and present our products and services in a busy retail setting</li>
<li>Uphold AT&amp;T standards and keep compliance at the forefront of every interaction</li>
<li>Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing personalized service</li>
<li>Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer-centric, and is eager to develop new skills
</li></ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED (Required)</li>
<li>1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States</li>

<li>Adaptability to changing environments and customer demands
</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
</li><li>Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
</li><li>Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals</li>
