Job Summary</b></div><p>
Responsible for all aspects of project management from concept to commissioning; multiple intermediate-to-large natural gas midstream capital projects encompassing multiple operating units.</p><p>
Manages multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver project outcomes in accordance with specified requirements.</p><p>
Interfaces with and provides support to commercial, management, engineering, procurement, and construction.</p><p>
Incumbents in this job may be based outside the Company&rsquo;s headquarters state.</p><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Accountabilities</b></h1><div><ul><li>
Manages multiple intermediate-to-large ($5-plus million) capital projects and/or multiple small projects.</li><li>
Monitors and reports on the progress of a construction project from the scoping phase through the design, construction and closeout phases. This is inclusive of project scope, schedule and cost estimate development; engineering and construction; through the completion of installation, testing, and commissioning into service and project closeout. Manages cost and schedule forecasting and scope, budget, quality, and schedule change control.</li><li>
Interfaces with commercial team on project schedules and execution; leads all aspects of scheduling and cost control.</li><li>
Provides reporting and accountability to Finance team.</li><li>
Manages project expenditures and facilitates the procurement of equipment and materials.</li><li>
Coordinates with Supply Chain Management in conducting bid meetings and reviews, supplier selections and evaluations.</li><li>
Manages project scope, schedule &amp; cost changes ensuring that all project requirements and/or objectives and the execution of changes are properly documented, justified, approved by management, and vigorously pursued via regular reporting, forecasting final targets, reviews and audits; implements approved changes in a timely manner.</li><li>
Manages communications, risk management, scope verification, and information distribution during project development &amp; implementation.</li><li>
Interfaces with the project stakeholders. Provides administrative support to the Manger of Project Management.</li></ul></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements</b></h1><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field; 3 years&rsquo; relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years of project controls or project management experience.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>

Working Conditions</b></h1><div>
