Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&amp;L, Cash Flow).</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Oversee the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring proper coding and accurate journal entries.</li><li>Review and maintain account reconciliations, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.</li><li>Ensure that closing deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is provided.</li><li>Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to understand key financial drivers.</li><li>Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, providing variance explanations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate and assist with audits, both internal and external, and support the implementation of audit recommendations</li><li>Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management regarding company performance, trends, and operational efficiencies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and data-driven recommendations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger systems.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
