The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web development practices and a passion for building high-quality, responsive websites and web application. Candidate should have solid knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, along with an understanding of SEO principles. Experience in both front-end and back-end development is important, as well as the ability to create custom WordPress plugins.
