 Role Summary
 
 
 Client is seeking a
 
 Senior Data Entry Operator
 
 to perform advanced data entry tasks, support multiple systems, and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This role may involve developing simple
 
 standard operating procedures
 
 , handling confidential information, and providing guidance to junior staff.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 advanced data entry
 
 across multiple systems.

 Input
 
 alpha/numeric data
 
 , proof for
 
 accuracy and completeness
 
 , and correct errors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain
 
 accurate records
 
 and generate reports on data entered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize tasks by coding and sorting to meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop simple
 
 SOPs
 
 for routine data entry processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 confidential and sensitive information
 
 with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and support to other staff once proficient in the workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make
 
 independent decisions
 
 related to planning, organizing, and scheduling work within scope.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform minor mechanical adjustments (e.g., switching sets, changing control features).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Utilize tools such as Microsoft Access and 10-key adding machines.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply
 
 mathematical and item processing skills
 
 as required.
 </li>

 Required Qualifications
 
 <ul>

 High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 6+ years of data entry experience
 
 in administrative or operational roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Microsoft Access
 
 preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 mathematical ability
 
 and
 
 item processing skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain
 
 high accuracy and attention to detail

 <li>
 Strong
 
 organizational and time management skills
