Position Summary:
DTN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within our Energy &amp; Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product innovation, modernization, and go-to-market success by aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS product management experience, deep domain expertise in supply chain or data analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
<ul><li>Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and portfolio planning.
</li><li>Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings.
</li><li>Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
</li><li>Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers.
</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
</li><li>Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth.
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $112,000 and $149,000 . DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.

</h2>DTN is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the execution and continuous improvement of enablement programs for our Customer Success organization. This role focuses on translating enablement strategy into actionable training, content, and resources that Customer Success Managers can apply across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a passion for learning and development, and an interest in how enablement drives performance in a SaaS environment.
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Will Be Responsible For:
</h2><ul><li>Support the execution of enablement programs, including onboarding, product launches, process changes, and skills development initiatives.
</li><li>Facilitate and support training sessions aligned to strategic enablement priorities.
</li><li>Create, organize, and maintain enablement assets such as playbooks, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to translate complex inputs into actionable resources.
</li><li>Ensure enablement content aligns with customer success processes, lifecycle stages, and revenue priorities.
