Reports to: Property Manager

Job Summary 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the Property Manager through managing day-to-day functions within the office including collections, accounts payable, resident management, Yardi system administration, and utility management. This role is ideal for someone that is well- organized, analytical, and able to multi-task. 
 
Primary responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Manage property collections including posting of rent, managing delinquent accounts, and ensuring accurate resident ledgers</li><li>
Post entries to resident accounts and manage move-in and move-out files including Yardi data entry</li><li>
Manage accounts payable including invoice entry, managing purchase orders and ordering supplies</li><li>
Track compliance items related to site operations and policies as requested</li><li>
Send out resident notices as necessary for lease compliance and community announcements</li><li>
Provide regular reporting to the Property Manager on status of collections, utility usage, and other reporting
</li><li>Assist with Master Control Log (MCL) and changeover set up</li><li>
Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned based on site needs</li></ul>
Core Candidate Qualities:<ul><li>
High school education or equivalent</li><li>
Bookkeeping, bill payment, accounts payable/receivable experience; preferably in a real estate environment</li><li>
Proficient with computers and various software platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using an industry software is preferred</li><li>
Can do attitude- Willingness to take on various roles as may be necessary to achieve property goals</li><li>
Availability at night and on weekends at various times during the year</li><li>
An eye for detail &ndash; Our properties and team members are representing the DTN brand</li><li>
Reliable transportation to get to work daily and conduct daily job responsibilities</li></ul>
