<div>Key Accountabilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for designing projects, execution and success of delivery within the cost, timelines and required quality.
</li><li>Develop design and conceptual layout and visual schemes in perspective views using AutoCAD and 3D software programs for various type of projects considering business requirements based on creative designing and space planning, complying with local authorities&rsquo; regulations, du internal regulations and HSSE standards.
</li><li>Comply with the business plan of retail units and ensure the delivery of design as per organization&rsquo;s standard and agreed timelines.
</li><li>Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required inputs are taken into consideration and incorporated in the design.
</li><li>Acquire all required approvals from all internal and external projects&rsquo; stakeholders.
</li><li>Prepare and deliver tender documents including architectural drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ).
</li><li>Support various business units by developing proposals to enhance the work environment and maintain work wellbeing.
</li><li>Coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as business, MEP, FM, Operations, Technology, I.T, Branding, etc. for preparing the tender package.
</li><li>Coordinate with all external stakeholders such as design consultants, contractors, vendors, and local authorities.
</li><li>Visit all proposed project sites, premises, and contactor&rsquo;s facilities for technical evaluation and work inspection.
</li><li>Participate in value engineering exercise by proposing alternative materials to meet required quality and allocated budget.
</li><li>Maintain a database of projects&rsquo; records, standard construction details for future references and development.
</li><li>Review shop drawings, specifications, and construction material submitted by external consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies line manager of discrepancies.
</li><li>Project Management from the initiation till close out stages including sites supervision.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture / Interior Design
</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in architecture / Interior Design / Engineering Management is a plus.
</li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience as an interior designer in retail shops and corporate offices.
</li><li>Experience in Digital / Telecom companies is a plus.
</li></ul>Skills:
<ul><li>Knowledge of architecture, interior design and architectural principles and techniques.
</li><li>Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.
</li><li>Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD/ Revit / BIM and similar design software.
</li><li>Knowledge of design programs including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
</li><li>Basic knowledge of local authorities&rsquo; requirements.
</li><li>Basic knowledge of engineering relating to building design and costs.

<ul><li>Relevant document collection for the Express sales agents, Owner, Staff which included PP, Visa, EID, POA, Police Clearance, Establishment Card, Trade License, TDRA certificate etc.

</li><li>Compliance with training requirement of the Staff,
</li><li>Compliance with DSP management of POS staff
</li><li>Ensuring NOC uploading on TRA portal
</li><li>Ensuring timely renewal of all relevant document such as PP, Visa, EID, POA, Police Clearance, Establishment Card, Trade License, TDRA certificate etc

<ul><li>Assigning monthly target for GA and Quality KPIs per Express
</li><li>Managing various product portfolios
</li><li>Ensuring market share and counter share within the Area/Emirate

Field Sales Executive Express (Shj & NE)

<div>Key Accountabilities:
<ul><li>Develop and execute a holistic real estate and power acquisition strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s long-term data center expansion roadmap.
</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate land acquisition in strategic markets, considering proximity to connectivity hub, renewable power availability, and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Lead all aspects of power strategy including securing grid capacity, negotiating with utilities and managing substation development and interconnection processes.
</li><li>Partner with internal teams such as Engineering, Finance, Legal to ensure viability and risk mitigation for new sites.
</li><li>Oversee due diligence for land and power opportunities, including environmental, geotechnical, permitting and energy studies.
</li><li>Build relationships with Government entities, utility providers, and economic development agencies to enable access to incentives and accelerate permitting processes.
</li><li>Manage and mentor a small team of real estate and energy professionals while guiding external consultants and brokers.
</li><li>Provide strategic insight on market trends, utility grid dynamics, renewable energy sourcing, and regulatory developments impacting data center growth.
</li><li>Maintain cost discipline and drive commercial excellence in all land and power transactions.
</li></ul>Qualifications, Experience And Skills:
Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in real estate, electrical engineering, power systems, business administration, or related field.
</li><li>Professional certificates in real estate or energy management are an asset.
</li></ul>Experience
<ul><li>Deep understanding of power infrastructure planning, high voltage inter-connection and renewable procurement pathways.
</li><li>Strong background in negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements with landowners, utilities and government stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience in navigating zoning, permitting and environmental regulations in data center or industrial projects.
</li><li>Demonstrated success in building long-term strategic partnerships within the power and real-estate eco-system.

<ul><li>Exceptional commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Strong financial acumen and experience in investment analysis for land and infrastructure.
</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, to prioritize, and demonstrate excellent follow-through on each task assigned.
