Role &amp; Responsibilities:</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsible for handling E2E order to cash (OTC) process for respective line of business and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative act as a focal point for all customers connect and order processing activities in co-ordination with sales representative/key account manager and other functional stakeholders.</h3><ul><li>
Acts as primary customer interface for all external customers &amp; Channel Partners to ensure customer queries are responded on time &amp; orders are executed without any issue.</li><li>
Manage different type of customer orders like stock &amp; resale, Export to neighboring countries under Letter of Credit Term, BOND sales, High Sea Sales etc. through Customer Service work processes and systems. The CSR must analyze the Business Service Standards to meet customer needs while supporting Business functional performance.</li><li>
Liaising with internal stakeholders within business, cross functional team like Supply Chain, Credit, Finance, Logistics, Tax &amp; 3PL&rsquo;s etc.</li><li>
Responsible for E2E order execution in SAP which includes all the order processing steps from order entry to invoice creation.</li><li>
Actively monitors open orders and pro-active communication with supply chain to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed.</li><li>
Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Able to identify need for extra information to enable a thorough complaint analysis.</li><li>
To ensure effective implementation &amp; monitoring of rebate management program, project discount or any other discount management program &amp; prudent issuance of credit note.</li><li>
Responsible for new customer on-boarding process &amp; customer master update as and when there is change request.</li><li>
Review actual sales versus forecast/allocation and Interact with the sales/customer to get better understanding of variations to ensure order fulfillment in accordance with sales plan.</li><li>
Responsible for driving the E-commerce journey &amp; ensuring functional KPIs are met.</li><li>
Responsible for filing all the documents pertaining to order to cash process as per internal control guidelines (SOX/CRIM)</li><li>
To ensure all commercial activities are complying with SOX Requirements and Basic Accounting &amp; Taxation Guidelines.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Having good commercial knowledge &amp; GST understanding</li><li>
5+ years relevant working experience &ndash; Order fulfillment / Supply Chain</li><li>
Experience using SAP system for order processing</li><li>
Service Cloud &amp; Sales Force experience (preferred)</li><li>
Proficient knowledge in MS office</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different stakeholders and deliver the result.</li><li>
Good analysis, problem-solving &amp; Complaint handling skills</li><li>
Presentable to meet the customer / clients</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
Graduate in Commerce</li><li>
Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management would be added advantage</li></ul>

DuPont&trade; Tyvek&reg; and Tychem&reg; garments serve industries requiring chemical protection and personal safety, including Oil &amp; Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, General Manufacturing, Waste Management, Emergency Response, Utilities &amp; Infrastructure and Cleanroom and contamination control.
We are hiring a Territory Sales Specialist for DuPont Personal Protection based in Egypt or Morocco with flexibility to cover Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and other North African markets.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Value Chain Development: Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, distributors, and key end-user customers.</li><li>
Application Innovation: Collaborate with end users and internal teams to identify and develop new product applications tailored to local industry needs.</li><li>
Market Development: Evaluate and analyze North African markets to identify growth opportunities and define strategic priorities.</li><li>
Distributor Enablement: Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools, and sales strategies to enhance market reach and performance.</li><li>
End-User Engagement: Lead client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to influence specifications and drive product adoption.</li><li>
Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to implement localized campaigns aligned with regional goals.</li><li>
Market Intelligence &amp; Feedback: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the organization.</li><li>
Event Participation: Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars to promote the product portfolio and identify new opportunities.</li><li>
CRM &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools.</li><li>
Strategic Execution: Operate independently while aligning with regional strategic guidance to achieve business and pricing objectives.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
University degree, preferably chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 80% across North Africa.</li><li>
Must be Fluent in French, English and Arabic.</li><li>
4&ndash;6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial PPE, chemical safety.</li><li>
Graduate from a reputable university, preferably American-, British-, or European-affiliated institutions such as: American University in Cairo (AUC), British University in Egypt (BUE), French University in Egypt (Universit&eacute; Fran&ccedil;aise d&rsquo;&Eacute;gypte), Al Akhawayn University (Morocco) , Universit&eacute; Internationale de Rabat (UIR) ESCA &Eacute;cole de Management (Casablanca) &ndash; French-accredited business school.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills, client engagement, campaign execution, market research, and CRM proficiency.</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Being at ease when dealing with people. Showing strong talent to negotiate, to influence and to listen carefully. Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.</li><li>
Excellence in being self-driven and organized.</li><li>
Team Player capabilities within an international team.</li></ul>
