This role is responsible for driving market penetration of DuPont&rsquo;s Tyvek&reg; and Tychem&reg; chemical protective solutions in KSA, focusing on end-user engagement and distributor enablement. Their focus will be on engaging end-users, enabling distributors, and driving product adoption across emerging industrial sectors. Reporting to the MENA Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will play a key role in executing strategic sales initiatives and supporting localized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Value Chain Development: Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, distributors, and key end-user customers.</li><li>
Application Innovation: Collaborate with end users and internal teams to identify and develop new product applications tailored to local industry needs.</li><li>
Segment Growth Strategy: Design and execute plans to drive growth in emerging industrial segments beyond oil &amp; gas.</li><li>
Distributor Enablement: Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools, and sales strategies to enhance market reach and performance.</li><li>
End-User Engagement: Lead client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to influence specifications and drive product adoption.</li><li>
Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to implement localized campaigns aligned with regional goals.</li><li>
Market Intelligence &amp; Feedback: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the organization.</li><li>
Event Participation: Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars to promote the product portfolio and identify new opportunities.</li><li>
CRM &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools.</li><li>
Strategic Execution: Operate independently while aligning with regional strategic guidance to achieve business and pricing objectives.</li></ul>
Key requirements:<ul><li>
Experience: 4-5 years in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial PPE, chemical safety.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Business Administration/Marketing.</li><li>
Education: Graduate from top-tier Saudi universities, preferably American-affiliated institutions such as Al Faisal University, Prince Sultan University, KAUST, or Effat University.</li><li>
Language: Fluent in English and Arabic</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 80% in KSA.</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Showing strong talent to negotiate, to influence and to listen carefully. Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.</li><li>

Designation: Customer Service Representative

Role &amp; Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the Customer Service Representative is to oversee the end-to-end (E2E) order to cash (OTC) process for their assigned line of business. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for all customer interactions and order processing activities, working closely with sales representatives, key account managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. As a key player in order management, the Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in meeting customer demands from B2B customers, OEMs, and Channel Partners. and ensuring successful execution of orders in a timely manner, without any issues. 
<ul><li>
Manage different types of customer orders like stock &amp; resale, Indent sales, BOND sales, High Sea Sales etc. through Customer Service work processes and systems. The CSR must analyze the Business Service Standards to meet customer needs while supporting Business functional performance.</li><li>
Liaising with internal stakeholders within business, cross functional team like Supply Chain, Credit, Finance, Logistics, Tax &amp; 3PL&rsquo;s etc.</li><li>
Responsible for E2E order execution in SAP, which includes all the order processing steps from order entry to invoice creation.</li><li>
Actively monitors open orders and proactive communication with the supply chain to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer&rsquo;s location on time, as committed.</li><li>
Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Able to identify the need for extra information to enable a thorough complaint analysis.</li><li>
To ensure effective implementation &amp; monitoring of a project discount or any other discount management program &amp; prudent issuance of credit note, if any.</li><li>
Responsible for new customer on-boarding process &amp; customer master update as and when there is change request.</li><li>
Review actual sales versus forecast/allocation and Interact with the sales/customer to get better understanding of variations to ensure order fulfillment in accordance with sales plan.</li><li>
Responsible for driving the E-commerce journey &amp; ensuring functional KPIs are met.</li><li>
Responsible for filing all the documents pertaining to order to cash process as per internal control guidelines (SOX/CRIM)</li><li>
To ensure all commercial activities are complying with SOX Requirements and Basic Accounting &amp; Taxation Guidelines.</li></ul> 
Experience<ul><li>
Having good commercial knowledge &amp; GST understanding</li><li>
3+ years relevant working experience &ndash; Order fulfillment / Supply Chain</li><li>
Experience using SAP system for order processing.</li><li>
Service Cloud &amp; Sales Force experience (preferred)</li><li>
Proficient knowledge in MS office</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different stakeholders and deliver the result.</li><li>
Good analysis, problem-solving &amp; Complaint handling skills</li></ul>

DuPont has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sales Manager Tyvek&reg; Roll Goods Turkey &amp; Middle East covering both Tyvek&reg; Healthcare packaging and Tyvek&reg; Consumer, Industrial and commodity businesses.
This role will maintain and expand relationships with strategic value chain partners, as well as build new strategic channel accounts to accelerate growth in the region in both Healthcare and Consumer &amp; Industrial, commodity segments. This role is part of the Sales Organization and is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, driving demand generation with existing and new customers, and serves as key facilitator during DuPont&rsquo;s cross-functional engagements with key end-user accounts.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:<ul><li>
Accountable for the end-to-end sales processes including VOCs collection, CTQs understanding, value proposition, volume forecast, price, revenue, payment terms, account receivables, etc.</li><li>
Build thorough and strategic account planning focused on customer value creation.</li><li>
Maintain and expand relationships with existing strategic Channel Partners, as well as seek and develop new ones with high-growth profile, that serve Healthcare, Consumer &amp; Industrial, commodity markets in Turkey and broader Middle East region.</li><li>
Inspire trust and build sustainable customer relationships to nimbly drive the opportunity pipeline increase and conversion.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with strategic value chain partners to develop a pipeline of targeted opportunities that promotes and secures Tyvek&reg; for new applications and/or alternative material replacement to Tyvek&reg;.</li><li>
Assess and secure business at risk, negotiate incent-to-use contracts.</li><li>
Work with the value chain to extend DuPont&rsquo;s value proposition across critical accounts to maximize business results, increase brand awareness, sustainability and grow revenues in the entire Tyvek&reg; Roll Goods businesses.</li><li>
Engage with global team where appropriate and create detailed account plans and contact strategies in a way that enhances cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.</li><li>
Facilitates cross functional collaboration with DuPont technical, quality, product management, supply chain, customer service and marketing team members, to address customer needs.</li></ul>
The position currently reports to the EMEA Tyvek&reg; Roll Goods Sales Leader. Preferred candidates are home based and located in Turkey.
The role is expected to travel at least 60% in Turkey/Middle East region to customer sites and relevant tradeshows/conferences.
Qualifications &amp; required profile:<ul><li>
At least 3 years work experience in commercially oriented roles, including marketing, business development, sales, or strategy.</li><li>
Experience in the nonwoven/textile industry, preferably in healthcare, consumer and industrial applications.</li><li>
Bachelors or Masters in STEM field. Advanced technical degree preferred.</li><li>
Pragmatic, inspiring, results oriented &amp; resilient hunter mindset.</li><li>
Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies, products, and processes.</li><li>
Intellectual curiosity coupled with a strong drive towards execution.</li><li>
Familiarity with the technical and regulatory requirements of evaluating and commercializing materials in Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial space.</li><li>
