Job Summary</b></p><p></p><p>
We are hiring for an Operations Digital Leader. This role integrates the IT and Operations needs within the manufacturing plant(s) assigned. Partners with plant leadership as well as BU and Corporate stakeholders to deliver and sustain digital capabilities at the plant. Leads the development of plant-level strategy, new project leadership, defining resolutions for incidents and measuring performance.</p><p></p><p>
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.</p><p></p><p><b>
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Serves as the single point of contact and escalation for all Site Operations Digital Excellence activities</li><li>
Develops and executes plant-level digital strategy and governance, in alignment with the Corporate strategy, Business requirements and Plant value drivers</li><li>
Understands plant digital maturity and future improvement vision/roadmap</li><li>
Identifies, plans, prioritizes, and executes operations digital projects at the plant</li><li>
Partners with plant leadership to set expectations for service levels and investment commitments</li><li>
Drives resolutions for plant-level service and infrastructure incidents</li><li>
Manages the deployment and sustainment of updates to infrastructure and digital operations services</li><li>
Implements and leads digital skilling programs to ensure plant workers have the necessary knowledge and skills to support digital manufacturing capabilities</li><li>
Tracks and reports status using existing plant KPIs and their own specialized KPIs</li><li>
Partners with plant leadership to ensure that change management activities are delivered at the plant</li><li>
Informs plant leadership about opportunities, enhancements, and issues</li><li>
Articulates and measures delivered value</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></p><p></p><p>
Required:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field</li><li>
10 years relevant experience in leadership or project leader roles in either IT or A&amp;PC/Engineering/Manufacturing Technology that align with the requirements of the position</li><li>
Experience managing digitally enabled tools and systems in a manufacturing environment (ERP, MES, Supply Planning and Quality Tools, Collaboration Apps, Networking and Cybersecurity)</li><li>
Experience delivering large change initiatives via cross-functional efforts</li><li>
Ability to create roadmaps and digital strategy to enable digital transformation at various plant sites</li><li>
Knowledge of business processes and service delivery with a strong understanding of the integration of business and technology.</li><li>
Understands IT architecture and system integration</li><li>
Familiar with Industry 4.0 and digital automation</li></ul><p></p><p>
Preferred:</p><p></p><p>
Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred</p><p></p><p>

 Our EMEA Logistics Operations Team is responsible to support the coordination and smooth delivery of international customer orders and drive efficiencies on logistics operation management, meeting the business requirements.

  Customs &amp; Trade Operations

  <br/>
 </strong>
 The role is accountable for day‑to‑day customs execution and regulatory compliance, including:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Issuing landing permits, broker authorizations, and import permits (e.g. MCI, SFDA, NRCI, Public Security).
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing urgent duty exemption and drawback topics, including quantity corrections and exception handling.
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing monthly import and export statistics for statutory and internal reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supporting customs audits and managing regulatory changes impacting trade (e.g. SASO requirements).
  </li>
  <li>
   Addressing &ldquo;right‑to‑operate&rdquo; issues that may affect import/export continuity.

  Logistics &amp; Distribution Operations

 </strong>
 The Distribution Requirements Specialist executes and coordinates logistics activities in line with DuPont standards, including:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Creating loading plans with logistics service providers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performing SAP logistics transactions (delivery and shipment creation, logistics process tracking).
  </li>
  <li>
   Reviewing and resolving clean orders to ensure smooth execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinating shipments with planners, warehouses, and commercial teams, especially during peak and quarter‑end periods.
  </li>
  <li>
   Requesting freight rates for special shipments and managing carrier claims.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handling logistics‑related customer complaints and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  </li>

  Business &amp; Stakeholder Support

 </strong>
 In close collaboration with the business, the role may provide additional support by:

 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Reviewing HS codes for new materials, changes, or MRO items.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining master data with relevant authorities (MCI, FASAH, Customs) for importer/exporter of record and COO issuance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Representing DuPont in interactions with ministries and customs authorities when required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Resolving escalated customs or regulatory issues that could suspend import or export activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contributing to annual tenders, supply chain design projects, and inventory counts
