We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team at DuPont&rsquo;s Experimental Station (200 Powder Mill Rd, Wilmington, DE).
The successful candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, including expense management, onboarding new employees, and facilitating inter-departmental communication. This on-site role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and requires collaboration with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Review and approve employee expense reports, including those from international teams.</li><li>
Prepare and process expense reports related to awards promptly.</li><li>
Manage and Coordinate calendars for executives simultaneously</li><li>
Process Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and timekeeping adjustments (Time correction tickets).</li><li>
Generate purchase requests and purchase orders (POs), coordinating vendor payments through SAP and SharePoint.</li><li>
Assist with account payments in collaboration with the local SAP contact.</li><li>
Order office supplies from designated vendors and monitor inventory levels.</li><li>
Assist the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an effective transition.</li><li>
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and managing travel reservations.</li><li>
Handle space requests and allocate resources efficiently.</li><li>
Order computer equipment and maintain an organized inventory of supplies.</li><li>
Submit service tickets for equipment maintenance.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for team meetings, including agenda preparation, room setup, organize catering for internal meetings/events, and materials organization.</li><li>
Manage onboarding logistics such as IT access and scheduling initial meetings.</li><li>
Develop and manage distribution lists for effective internal communication.</li><li>
Facilitate visitor access and manage conference room schedules</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for team members regarding policies and procedures.</li><li>
Participate in special projects and provide support for trade shows as required.</li><li>
Schedule, reschedule and prioritize meetings based on urgency and importance</li><li>
Coordinate across different time zones for remote and international participants</li><li>
Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively suggest meeting times</li><li>
Assist the sales team with Vespel&reg; quote access forms for specific programs.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of proven administrative experience in a corporate environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.</li></ul>

DuPont has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Lab Technician at our Healthcare Industries Materials Site located in Hemlock, MI.
The DuPont Healthcare Industries Materials Site produces products for use in the Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Medical, and Cosmetic Industries. The site has been in continuous operation since 1964, dedicated to Healthcare products. Our products are distributed globally and are recognized as World Class for quality.
The Laboratory is staffed 12 hours per day, 365 days per year (excluding some holidays or other site shutdown events). The lab is staffed in a 2-3-2 non-rotating 12-hour shift schedule. The Lab Testers are on-call for in-process testing during the off-shift.
There are three major functional areas of the laboratory:
Microbiology (Bioassurance)<ul><li>
The lab is classified as a Bio Safety Level (BSL-2) Lab due to the use and presence of pathogenic microorganisms</li><li>
Finished products are tested for the presence of biological contamination</li><li>
Raw materials may be screened on an as needed or for cause basis</li><li>
The site is routinely monitored for environmental characteristics</li><li>
Bioburden is quantified and characterized</li></ul>
Quality Control Lab Physical and Chemical Testing<ul><li>
Primarily testing finished products to assure specifications are met prior to commercial release.</li><li>
Troubleshooting process problems, or evaluating process improvements</li><li>
Incoming Inspection</li><li>
Inspection of incoming raw materials and chemical intermediates to assure quality before use in production.</li></ul>
Key essential duties include:
Testing raw materials and finished products using standard operating procedures. Testing includes use of complex and sensitive instrumentation and techniques including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Gas Chromatography, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Physical properties of polymer by Instron Tensometer, Centrifuge, pH. Assay by solvent extraction, Titration, Penetrometer, Mixers, Balances, Pipettes, Computers, Ovens, Incubators, Microscope, Air samplers, Particle Counters, Viscosity and Rheology</li><li>
Use of Software Programs</li><li>
Sample Manager LIMS Software, SAP Enterprise Software, Dupont/ADP, Microsoft Suite of applications, and Instrument specific software</li></ul>
Regulations and Industry Expections:<ul><li>
The HIMS site produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Medical Devices, Excipients, and products that are used in implantable medical devices, medical, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fluid transfer.</li><li>
Good Manufacturing Practices (Current GMP or cGMP)</li><li>
21 CFR 210/211/820, ICH Qx, United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (PhEur), Chinese Pharmacopeia (ChP), Japanese Pharmacopeia, ISO 9001 2015, and ISO 14001</li></ul>
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States; No visa sponsorship/support OR relocation assistance is available for this position.

 DuPont&rsquo;s Healthcare Industries Material Site (HIMS) is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Final Inspector at our site in Hemlock, MI.
This position is a Document Center Specialist in support of our Quality Assurance team in managing critical production and raw material documentation.
In this role you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of batch records and quality documentation that support safe, reliable, and compliant manufacturing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional interaction.
Key essentials of this role/what you&rsquo;ll do:
Documentation &amp; Batch Record Management<ul><li>
Review, verify, and approve production batch records to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation across QA systems, including SAP, FastTrack, and SharePoint.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies by working directly with Quality, Production, and Laboratory personnel.</li><li>
Quality Systems &amp; Data Integrity</li><li>
Support the lifecycle of documentation, including sorting, organizing, scanning, filing, and archival of quality records.</li><li>
Execute routine quality tasks such as reviewing inspection lots, processing Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and managing DOM (Date of Manufacture) verification requests.</li><li>
Track and report documentation errors and monthly approval metrics used for quality performance reporting.</li></ul>
 Compliance &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Assist with validation document processing, ensuring accuracy and proper control of protocols and reports.</li><li>
Participate in annual record retention and destruction activities in alignment with corporate policies.</li><li>
Support process improvements that enhance document flow, accuracy, and efficiency within the Quality organization.</li></ul>
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications<ul><li>

QA Final Inspector

This is a day shift role that would be responsible for the inspection of components and finished product received from Direct Form (DF), Shapes, Machine Shops and Vendors. If you are an outgoing, detail-oriented individual, then this is the role for you!
Typical duties of an Inspector include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Provide input for inspection methods and improvements of inspection technique.</li><li>
Assist Material Review Board in the investigation of dimensional related complaints.</li><li>
Use statistical analysis to determine characteristic acceptability.</li><li>
Write Non Conformance material reports when required and be familiar with the process of quarantining product.</li><li>
Perform First Articles and layout inspection for PPAP and Aerospace parts.</li><li>
Maintain information systems. Complete accurate records (on paper and electronic data) in order to provide excellent results.</li><li>
Use measurement hand tools and equipment properly and accurately.</li><li>
Work in teams with others as both a leader and an individual contributor.</li><li>
Serve as a Mentor for others.</li><li>
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of blanks and finished parts.</li><li>
Determine the proper sampling needed to meet customer and industry requirements.</li><li>
Assist with month calibrations I calibration database.</li><li>
Program inspection equipment for automated measurements.</li></ul>
