Dual Temp is looking for a Finance / HR Admin with payroll processing experience to join our team!Excellent Benefits Package!!<ul><li>Paid Holidays plus Vacation!</li><li>Top Tier Health Insurance at Minimal Cost to You</li><li>Medical, Vision, Dental</li><li>Short / Long Term Disability</li><li>401K with 6% company matching</li><li>Company Profit Share</li><li>Referral Bonus Program</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3 years min of payroll processing experience</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Able to work in a team setting &amp; independently</li><li>Analytical, highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently and meet necessary deadlines</li><li>Payroll certification a plus!</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process the complete cycle of weekly payroll for 150+ employees. Payroll is processed in house</li><li>Prepare all payroll related reports and distribute them to appropriate departments</li><li>Process federal, state, and local payroll taxes weekly, monthly quarterly and or yearly as needed</li><li>Process 401K contributions and payments</li><li>Monitor submission of time records. Coordinate with managers to ensure approvals are followed.</li><li>Perform validation on all payroll related matters and identify any discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations and filing requirements</li><li>Review, verify and approve any vendor benefits invoices. Reconcile with all payroll deductions</li><li>Process any payroll changes</li><li>Verify and process all new hire information, employment verifications, paid time off (PTO) requests/tracking, unemployment and temporary disability requests, deduction reporting and garnishments.</li><li>Payroll year end process &ndash; W2s, updating PTO deductions and benefits.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information</li><li>Assist with ACA reporting requirements, employee benefits administration and coordination</li><li>Post transactions to the general ledger and ensure accuracy across payroll and accounting systems.</li><li>Manage cash receipts and assist with daily deposit tracking and reconciliation.</li><li>Fleet coordination and upkeep of insurance cards and gas cards.</li><li>Prepare and post statements and ensure timely reconciliation with internal accounts.</li><li>Support ongoing evaluation and improvement of financial process controls.</li><li>HR duties as needed</li></ul>COME JOIN OUR TEAM!
