Defined Role: The Resident Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the overall living experience for residents by fostering a welcoming and engaging community environment. This role involves managing resident relations, organizing community events, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
Resident Relations:<ul><li>
Oversee and manager the resident move-in/move-out experience</li><li>
Provide guidance and support to residents' requests, questions and concerns.</li><li>
Coordinate leasing agreements and deposits for new residents.</li><li>
Scheduling move-in/move-out inspections.</li><li>
Assess damages and assign appropriate fees, and other charges.</li><li>
Follow-up communications.</li></ul> 
Reporting:<ul><li>
Oversee and manage the resident renewal process (including Section 8)</li><li>
Analyze renewal reports.</li><li>
Create and generate resident renewal offer letters.</li><li>
Manage corresponding negotiations and additional paperwork.</li></ul> 
Financial Management:<ul><li>
Oversee and manage delinquent or past due accounts</li><li>
Assess late fees and charge appropriately.</li><li>
Generate late notices.</li><li>
Contact residents regarding delinquent payments.</li><li>
Manage and fill out appropriate eviction paperwork and attend court hearings when necessary.</li><li>
Coordinate deposits and refunds with accounting.</li></ul> 
Education Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Associate degree is strongly preferred</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience in property management</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Strong communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and time management skills</li></ul>
Work Environment: Position is primarily located in a well-lit office environment.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, telephone, calculators, etc.
Mental/Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is primarily sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
