A brief summary of JD is given below for your ready reference.Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Operational Management: Planning and supervising shipments, coordinating routes, and managing daily logistics to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and inspected. Ensuring drivers meet licensing, health, and safety standards.</li><li>Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and scheduling drivers.</li><li>Cost Control &amp; Strategy: Managing budgets, reducing operational costs, and negotiating with vendors or carriers.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records for compliance with interstate/intrastate regulations.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is crucial.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge: Thorough understanding of transportation legislation, safety standards, and, frequently, supply chain management. Understanding processes in different Free Zones will be added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
