Job Description: Coordinator &ndash; Fit-Out CompanyPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our fit-out company. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of fit-out projects, and maintaining effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Coordination:</li><li>Assist project managers in planning and coordinating fit-out projects from inception to completion.</li><li>Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align project deliverables.</li><li>Client Interaction:</li><li>Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular project updates.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client approvals.</li><li>Vendor and Supplier Management:</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li><li>Obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and track delivery schedules.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, progress reports, and meeting minutes.</li><li>Ensure all project files are up to date and organized for easy access.</li><li>Logistics and Administration:</li><li>Coordinate logistics for project materials, equipment, and personnel.</li><li>Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and compliance documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Fit Out Coordinator

Position: Joinery Draftsman &ndash; Interior D&eacute;cor Location: UAE Reporting to: Design Manager / Project ManagerJob Purpose: To prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery and interior fit-out drawings, and layouts for d&eacute;cor projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear technical support for project execution in alignment with client and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for joinery, furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, and interior layouts based on design concepts.</li><li>Convert concepts and sketches from designers into technical, precise shop drawings for production and site execution.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and site teams for design clarity and revisions.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings after site completion as required.</li><li>Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantities from drawings when required.</li><li>Maintain drawing documentation and proper version control.</li><li>Support site teams with technical clarifications related to drawings during execution.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the Interior Fit-out / Joinery / D&eacute;cor sector in the UAE or GCC.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.</li><li>Good knowledge of joinery, furniture detailing, and interior finishing materials.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE authority drawing standards and submission requirements is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Office-based with occasional site visits within the UAE for measurements, site coordination, or as-built preparation.</li><li>6-day work week typical for fit-out companies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
