Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure they meet daily performance goals.</li><li>Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.</li><li>Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor stock movement, inspect incoming goods, and manage product returns.</li><li>Organize and ensure proper storage of products in the warehouse to optimize space and minimize damage.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of goods.</li><li>Coordinate with transport companies and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping documentation, and track shipments to guarantee proper delivery.</li><li>Enforce safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to warehouse operations.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain equipment and machinery in safe working condition.</li></ul>&middot; Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.&middot; Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.&middot; Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order status, and team performance.&middot; Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations and inventory transactions.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Warehouse Supervision: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
