</b><b> Job Summary &amp; Essential Functions</b></div><ul><li>
Reconcile various general ledger account to supporting details including reconciliation of AR.</li><li>
Process supplier/customer invoices and credits including routine daily transactions and all miscellaneous or special invoices and credits as required.</li><li>
Reconcile various general ledger accounts to supporting details including reconciliation of AP and petty cash.</li><li><div>
Assist payroll with preparing check remittances for weekly accruals, withholdings, and reconcile.</div></li><li><div>
Reconcile and update weekly KPI information timely and accurately as required by corporate goals and guidelines.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and reconcile the monthly reports for various general accounting activities including but not limited to: sales, bookings, backlog, fixed assets, and other general ledger accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and make comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.</div></li><li><div>
Work with the material and operation functions to audit processes surrounding inventory (costing, equivalent units, transaction trials, cycle counts, customer furnished material, and obsolete/excess material).</div></li><li><div>
Prepare documentation for internal and external audit of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable as needed for financial and SOX audits.</div></li><li><div>
Confirm costs by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data</div></li><li><div>
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.</div></li><li><div>

</div><div>Serve as the human resources manager and strategic business partner to site leaders and support the marketing and deployment of HR support activity for the performance center. Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the personnel, training, employee and labor relations activities of the facility. Duties involve executing corporate policies; directing the selection, training, development of employees; performance management; administering benefits; safety; employee morale programs developing wage and salary schedules.</div><div><br>

Function as key HR strategic senior human resources manager with business leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies and align with the PCD value proposition.</li><li>
