Role Overview</b></h2>
<p>
This role is an exceptional entry point into the music and music-finance industry for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a modern music company is built from the inside.</p>
<p>
You will serve as Executive Assistant to the COO while also acting as Office &amp; Studio Manager for our Los Angeles office and our Duetti&rsquo;s in-house studio.</p>
<p>
This role sits at the center of the company&rsquo;s operating cadence and is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by wearing multiple hats. You will help keep the COO&rsquo;s world running smoothly, ensure the LA office operates seamlessly day to day, and provide a welcoming, well-run environment for studio sessions for the artists.</p>
<p>
You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and support many of the workflows that power one of the fastest-scaling companies in the music ecosystem. Over time, this role offers clear opportunities to grow into broader operational or artist-facing responsibilities within Duetti.</p></div>

You Will:</b></h3><div><div><p><b>
Executive Support to COO</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Manage and optimize the COO&rsquo;s calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings across time zones</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries</p>
</li>
<li><p>Prepare and organize materials for meetings (agendas, briefing docs, follow-ups)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Track action items and help ensure follow-through on key priorities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Office Management (Los Angeles)</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Main point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors</p>
</li>
<li><p>Own day-to-day office operations (supplies, groceries, mail, upkeep)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate cleaners, building management, and contractors</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support LA team meetings, events, and offsite</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and productive</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Studio Management &amp; Reception</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Serve as studio receptionist and host for artists, partners, and internal teams</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage studio bookings and calendar</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate basic session logistics (access, refreshments, room setup)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain a clean, professional studio and flag equipment or technical issues</p>
</li>
<li><p>Use any prior studio/music experience to keep sessions running smoothly</p>
</li>

<li><p>Professional, warm, and service-oriented communicator</p>

<li><p>Music/entertainment/creative or studio experience a plus, not required</p>
</li>
<li><p>Based in or willing to relocate to LA; able to work on-site several days a week</p>
