ABOUT ROLESite Engineer (Interior Fit Out Operations) (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) is a critical position with wider responsibilities. He/she will have the responsibility of end-to-end activities involved in the project which includes &amp; not limited to requirement gathering, project planning, project execution, communication, documentation, site supervising, client services and project closing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRequirement Gathering &amp; Client Service:<ul><li>Good knowledge on the authority approvals, interior design, fit out (Civil, Electrical, HVAC &amp; Joinery Works)</li><li>Good command on reading &amp; reviewing engineering drawings</li><li>Identify the work force requirement for the project</li><li>Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives</li><li>Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements</li><li>Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site</li><li>Risk identification &amp; reporting</li><li>Get project completion certificate signed by client</li><li>Customer relationship management (Both Financial &amp; Technical Side)</li><li>Managing end to end operations activities (Site visit to work completion)</li></ul>Project Planning, Project Execution &amp; Work Coordination:<ul><li>Identification of the right work force to execute the project (Internal Team/External Suppliers)</li><li>Communicate &amp; get confirmation of project scope &amp; price from Supplier (Get formal quote)</li><li>Communicate &amp; get confirmation of the work force availability &amp; schedule</li><li>Coordinate the work with Client &amp; Work Force (Internal Team/External Supplier)</li><li>Complete all the document works required (E.g. ABOUT ROLESales &amp; Estimation Engineer (Interiors &amp; Fit Out) (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) is a critical position with wider responsibilities.
