We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a digital marketing agency, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing diverse brand portfolios across social platforms.This is a full-time, work-from-office position, and we are looking for someone who can join immediately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative, platform-specific social media strategies.</li><li>Manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content writers, and performance marketers to create engaging content.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform features to drive creative campaigns.</li><li>Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.</li><li>Oversee the social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts in a digital marketing agency.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to work from Noida (work-from-office role).</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns.</li><li>Expertise in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).</li><li>Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,618.26 - &#8377;75,409.53 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
