Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and manage CNC machines for various operations including drilling, milling, grinding, and turning.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to define machining dimensions.</li><li>Monitor and adjust machines during operations to improve performance and maintain accuracy.</li><li>Load/unload raw materials and tools; ensure proper cutting tool setup using heat shrink fit, tool balancer, and Zoller measuring machine.</li><li>Conduct regular in-process measurements and visual inspections.</li><li>Record all actions, complete production logs, and perform SFC data entry.</li><li>Perform daily maintenance, coolant monitoring, cleaning, and machine troubleshooting.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines, NC management procedures, and support non-conformance investigations.</li><li>Perform deburring, engraving, and tab removal per work instructions</li><li>Ensure 5S and housekeeping standards are upheld.</li><li>Monitor and report scrap levels against production output.</li><li>Handle job changeovers and verify process sequences by stamping relevant shop travelers.</li></ul>Education and Qualifications:<ul><li>Trade School Accreditation or High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.</li><li>Certificate or Diploma in Engineering is an advantage.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.</li></ul>Benefits :<ul><li>Free VISA, Medical Insurance, Annual ticket, Annual leave, Accommodation, Transportation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Ready for attending Direct Interview on 18 September in UAE?</li></ul>
