The Temporary HR Recruiters will help support onboarding and recruiting functions for our Adairsville, GA fulfillment centers during our peak season. May also support recruiting for retails stores &amp; contact center. Work up to 40 hours/week or more during peak hiring season during Fall, 2025.</div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Participate in new hire onboarding functions as needed, including background checks, drug screens, and required onboarding documents to ensure timely completion</li><li>
Maintain ongoing communications with candidates and partners through the process to ensure completion of tasks and attendance at orientation</li><li>
Ensure that all I-9 documentation is completed and follow up as needed</li><li>
Schedule and conduct virtual or face-to-face interviews with potential candidates</li><li>
Update tracking logs for # of openings and # of filled positions</li><li>
Coordinate schedule for new hire orientation and follow-up w/candidate on details</li><li>
Create and present offer letters to candidates</li><li>
Completion of special assignments and projects as assigned</li></ul><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.<ul><li><i>
Equivalent work experience would be considered</i></li></ul></li><li>
Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and company information</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>
High sense of urgency</li><li>
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, self-motivated</li><li>
Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS and reporting, able to review and analyze data</li><li>
Attention to detail to review and analyze information Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt styles to different audiences</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
</div><div>Compensation: $20/hour</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.</i></b></div><div></div><div><i><br>
