The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a role specialized on RFI questionnaires, customer Third Party Assessments and Audits that include requirements in several knowledge field areas as IT Security, Tech, product, privacy, sustainability, human resources etc.<br>

<div>The Senior Sales Operations Analyst leads the coordination of customer requirements and gathers answers from the organization and experts from different teams.<br>

<div>The RFI and customer audit process are critical to D&amp;B&rsquo;s business as they form part of the customers' buying cycle. This business practice aims to gather written information about selecting D&amp;B as a vendor as part of the purchasing decision</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead and complete customer third-party assessments.
</li><li>Evaluate requirements and complexity, manage and submit using various formats such as Excel, portals, and documents.
</li><li>Gather input from subject matter experts within the organization for new questions or requirements.
</li><li>Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate responses.
</li><li>Prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple assessments to meet deadlines.
</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and customers regarding the time plan and progress.
</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment and timely completion.
</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to RFI processes to increase efficiency.
</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of RFI management software with a focus on knowledge base structure, answers, and change management processes.
</li><li>Ensure the software is used effectively to support the RFI process.
</li><li>Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and expectations. Challenge the organization to meet customer expectations and drive improvements where gaps are identified.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills Needed:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, communication, law or other relevant field is preferred.
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of IT Security, Sustainability, Privacy &amp; Compliance, Physical Security, etc.
</li><li>Ability to evaluate assessments and identify gaps and risks.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
</li><li>Ability to act as the voice of the customer internally and challenge the organization to meet customer expectations.
</li><li>Strong teamwork skills to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Drive new customer acquisition within assigned territories.</li><li>
Screen databases provided by the pre-sales team to identify relevant decision-makers (Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads) using sources such as client websites, internet research, and LinkedIn.</li><li>
Engage potential prospects via phone, provide product briefings, and schedule periodic meetings.</li><li>
Maintain daily efficiency by making a minimum of 60&ndash;70 calls per day.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to close sales through telephonic engagement, primarily in the MSME segment.</li><li>
Strong experience in customer acquisition, with excellent communication and probing skills over the phone.</li><li>
