We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI driven solutions for our global Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, agentic workflow development, and modern GenAI frameworks, with experience building scalable applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines.</div>

</b></li><li>Contribute to CI/CD workflows for AI models&mdash;deployment, testing, monitoring.

</b></li><li>Work with analytics, product, and engineering teams to define and deliver AI solutions.

Key Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering, with atleast 2 years focused on GenAI.
</li><li>Strong programming expertise in Python, distributed computing using PySpark, and API development.
</li><li>Hands on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, OpenAI/Vertex/Bedrock SDKs).
</li><li>Experience developing AI agents, retrieval pipelines, tool calling structures, or autonomous task orchestration.
</li><li>Solid understanding of GenAI concepts: prompting, embeddings, RAG, evaluation metrics, hallucination identification, model selection, fine tuning, context engineering.
</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI.
</li><li>Strong problem solving, system design thinking, and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

The Agent Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of organizational agents to ensure they are designed, validated and operated in alignment with quality, security and governance standards. This role will lead agent testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring functionality, safety, and reliability prior to production release.<br>

<div>The Agent Management Analyst enforces governance and compliance requirements, including policy adherence, auditability, and appropriate use of data and integrations. The work includes managing and approving agent integrations and connector usage to ensure secure and compliant access across systems. To support scale and consistency, you will establish standards that prevent redundant or overlapping agents and promote reuse of existing capabilities.<br>

<div>This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to guide agent creation, support adoption, and ensure agents deliver consistent value across the organization.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of agents, including intake, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Maintain centralized inventory and enforce publishing, versioning, and decommissioning controls.</li><li>
Coordinate agent validation and quality assurance activities, including safety, security, and functional testing. Ensure agents meet defined quality and readiness standards prior to enterprise rollout.</li><li>
Enforce governance and compliance requirements by applying sensitivity labels data loss prevention policies, audit logging, and access controls.
</li><li>Ensure all agents adhere to enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Review, approve, and monitor agent integrations and connector usage.
</li><li>Partner with internal teams to ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.</li><li>
Maintain documentation for agent processes including intake criteria, testing requirements, approval workflows and release practices.</li><li>
Identify risks or issues affecting agent readiness and coordinate remediation by partnering with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Recommend process improvements to enhance agent quality, strengthen governance controls and increase operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.</li><li>
