 Mechanical Engineer based in China
 
 &nbsp;to lead this transition. You will
 
 manage the production of our hardware
 
 in partnership with an established Chinese manufacturing company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with suppliers and the engineering design team to review drawings and ensure parts are manufactured to spec.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the&nbsp;
 
 assembly process
 
 : oversee mechanical and electrical assembly as well as testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage&nbsp;
 
 inventory and supply chain
 
 : track parts, coordinate orders, and ensure a steady flow of mechanical and electrical components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain&nbsp;
 
 quality control
 
 &nbsp;for incoming parts and final assemblies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience taking products from prototype to&nbsp;
 
 mass production
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in&nbsp;
 
 plastic injection molding
 
 , with familiarity in machining, sheet metal, and finishing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) for drawing review and updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on, shop-floor mindset: comfortable with assembly, inspection, and problem-solving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing BOMs, drawings, and supplier communication.
 </li>
