Assistant Managers work side by side with the Restaurant Manager. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with us and work towards becoming a Restaurant Manager. We will provide the training and you will have the support necessary to be successful. 
As an Assistant Manager, you&rsquo;ll help America Run on Dunkin&rsquo; through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You&rsquo;ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. 
This is a high paying hourly position with the possibility of 10-15 hours a week of overtime and very generous benefits package

REQUIREMENTS</h2><ul><li>
Previous managerial experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required</li><li>
Top-notch customer service skills</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Excellent leadership skills</li><li>
Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task</li><li>
Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills</li><li>
Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required</li><li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs</li><li>
Must submit to a background check</li><li>
You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).</li><li>
You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.</li><li>
