Our boutique firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to lead and grow our litigation practice area in close coordination with the firm&rsquo;s Founder. 
 
This is a strategic, senior-level role for an attorney who wants autonomy, influence, and the ability to shape a practice in a nimble environment without the bureaucracy of a large firm. Compensation: Competitive, with a combination of base, origination/collections incentives, and leadership bonuses. Structure will be tailored based on the strength of the candidate&rsquo;s existing portable book and level of experience.

$150,000+ dependent on experience &amp; portable business
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as Practice Lead for the firm&rsquo;s commercial litigation group.</li><li>
Manage and expand an existing docket of complex commercial and business disputes.</li><li>
Act as primary strategist on litigation matters, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement, trial preparation, and trial work.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Firm Owner on firmwide strategy, cross-practice referrals, staff, pricing, and growth planning.</li><li>
Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff (or assist in building the team).</li><li>
Oversee client service, quality control, and risk management within the practice area.</li><li>
Contribute to business development efforts to expand both your book and the firm&rsquo;s overall litigation footprint.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
8+ years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with first-chair or significant second-chair trial exposure.</li><li>
A portable book of business over $500,000, sufficient to support a senior-level role in a small firm environment and feed a portion of the workload in the commercial litigation practice group.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters from intake to resolution.</li><li>
Strong leadership instincts and a desire to build and scale a practice.</li><li>
Ability, desire, and proven track record of developing new ongoing business to support a sustainable practice group workload.</li><li>
Collaborative mindset and experience working with firm Owners/Equity Partners to shape initiatives, legal strategy, and business planning for the practice area.</li><li>
A Business mindset with the professionalism and discipline needed in a small firm setting.</li><li>

Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Law Firm Administrator to manage, enhance, and expand our firm's operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in law firm administration, operations, and growth planning. This role will oversee critical areas such as HR, brand management, legal operations, finance, vendor relations, and overall strategy execution to support the firm's long-term objectives. The Legal Administrator keeps the Firm&rsquo;s needs in the forefront and works closely with the Founder, Office Manager, and fractional C-suite, with daily contact with a variety of office staff and attorneys. 
 
This position is a primary driver of leadership, culture, and problem-solving. We are seeking an experienced law firm professional with excellent judgment, knowledge, and discretion who understands the pace of law firm management and how to prioritize urgent items.
Compensation:
$85,000+ dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
Human Resources<ul><li>
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes; handle offboarding as needed.</li><li>
Develop and implement training programs to foster professional growth and align with firm objectives.</li><li>
Design, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and job descriptions for staff and implement performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Create and manage compensation structures that align with the firm&rsquo;s strategic goals.</li><li>
Execute and update/maintain HR policies and handbook, and employee relations; identify areas needing improvement.</li><li>
Lead monthly staff meetings, including preparation of appropriate content.</li></ul> 
Brand Management<ul><li>
Manage and enhance client relations strategies to ensure exceptional client experiences.</li><li>
Oversee business development initiatives, including networking, partnerships, and event participation.</li><li>
Direct marketing efforts, including website management, social media, public relations, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>
Support rainmaker activities by providing strategic and administrative assistance.</li><li>
Execute initiatives set forth by the fractional COO to implement and staff an Intake department to facilitate retaining new business.</li></ul> 
Legal Operations/Quality Control<ul><li>
Partner with the COO to evaluate, procure, and implement software and technology solutions to improve legal service efficiency.</li><li>
Develop and maintain templates, workflows, checklists, and how-to guides to ensure consistent quality and performance.</li><li>
Monitor and enhance operational processes to deliver high-quality and efficient legal services; identify areas of operational improvement and implement solutions.</li></ul> 
Finance and Accounting Support<ul><li>
Collaborate with bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Support invoice generation, payment applications, and other financial operations.</li><li>
Leverage financial insights to guide decision-making across HR, operations, and growth initiatives.</li></ul> 
Vendor Relations<ul><li>
Manage vendor procurement processes, including evaluation, negotiation, and ongoing vendor relationships.</li><li>
Ensure vendor services align with firm goals and deliver value to the organization.</li><li>
Oversee IT services vendor, evaluate technology purchases and contracts.</li></ul> 
Growth Strategy and Execution<ul><li>
Develop and execute strategies that align with the firm&rsquo;s long-term growth objectives as outlined by the Founder and fractional COO in the firm&rsquo;s business plan and budget; contribute to developing future initiatives.</li><li>
Integrate growth-focused planning into daily operations across all areas of responsibility.</li><li>
Monitor and report on progress toward strategic goals.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Management, Accounting (or equivalent experience).</li><li>

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and proactive Legal Receptionist/Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for clients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the &ldquo;first impression&rdquo; of the firm, takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly, and is eager to assist across administrative, hospitality, and light technical tasks. 
You will work closely with and receive ongoing guidance from the Office Manager while providing support across multiple functional areas of the firm. As the firm expands, there are pathways to growth and professional development, as well as increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy over time. The Legal Receptionist keeps the Firm&rsquo;s needs in the forefront and works closely in support of the Office Manager, with daily contact with a variety of office staff and attorneys. 
 
We are seeking a motivated professional with excellent judgment and discretion, a self-starter who learns to understand the pace of a busy law office and how to prioritize urgent items. 
Compensation - $35,000-$45,000, dependent on experience (+ eligible for approved overtime)

Responsibilities:
Reception &amp; Client Interaction<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.</li><li>
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>
Manage reception area appearance, conference room scheduling, and client hospitality.</li></ul>
Administrative &amp; Office Support<ul><li>
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, printing, and mail processing.</li><li>
Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital client files, including opening new matters following firm procedures.</li><li>
Support document management tasks such as assembling packets, creating labels, and updating binders.</li><li>
Manage office supplies, order inventory, and coordinate with vendors.</li></ul>
Facilities &amp; Hospitality<ul><li>
Help coordinate meetings, events, and office lunches.</li><li>
Support daily office facilities needs, including ensuring conference rooms are tidy, stocked, and guest-ready, keeping shared spaces orderly, taking out the trash, and helping ensure restrooms and common areas stay clean and properly stocked.</li></ul>
Light IT &amp; Equipment Support<ul><li>
Assist with basic workstation setup for new employees (plug-and-play hardware, phones, printer connections).</li><li>
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues before escalating to IT support.</li><li>
Maintain printer/office equipment supplies and coordinate service calls as needed.</li></ul>
General Support to Office Manager<ul><li>
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks such as data entry, scheduling, errands, and internal communications.</li><li>
Provide operational and administrative support to help the Office Manager maintain smooth daily operations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Prior experience in a professional office setting required; law firm experience a plus, but not mandatory.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication.</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Comfort with technology; ability to perform basic computer and hardware setup.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); comfort learning new software.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Treat all client needs as important, whether a call comes in at 10 am on a Tuesday or 4:30 pm on a Friday.</li><li>
