<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2></div>
<div><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Gathers, compiles, organizes and documents relevant financial information</li><li>
Analyzes, consolidates and interprets financial data</li><li>
Assists with the preparation of budgets, including trend analysis and forecasting</li><li>
Assists in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management</li><li>
Monitors actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts and budgets</li><li>
Consolidates a wide range of operating and financial projections for the development of both short-term and long-term business plans</li><li>
Reviews, evaluates and recommends revisions to departmental expenditures for conformance to budgeted amounts</li><li>
Reviews resolutions and committee agenda for financial commitments</li><li>
Reviews County-wide spending and advise Departments/Elected Officials on need for budget transfers; process County-wide budget transfers and appropriations</li><li>
Verifies, prepares and reviews daily deposit sheets for various functions within County departments</li><li>
Prepares departmental invoices</li><li>
Prepares various reports and studies as assigned</li><li>
Assists with Tort Liability reconciliation and other County insurance matters</li><li>
Assist with the maintenance of the budget system</li></ul></div><p></p>

<p></p><div><p><b>Requirements include the following experience or equivalent combination of training and experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Completion of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting</p></li></ul><b>
A passing score on Intermediate Excel and Basic Word tests is required.</b><br>

Financial Analyst I

<p></p><div><p>We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Case Manager within the DuPage County Department of Community Services. Case Managers provide comprehensive case management and/or service coordination in a variety of areas. The current Case Manager opening is in the following programs/assignment area:</p><p><b>
Adult Protective Services</b>- Responds to all reports of suspected abuse or self-neglect of persons with disabilities age 18-59 and those age 60 and over in DuPage County, that occurred in a domestic setting.</p><b>
This position is grant funded.</b><p><br>

Provides follow-up, monitoring, and case management</li><li>
Completes all mandated paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner</li><li>
Utilizes various computer programs for daily tasks and reports</li><li>

<p></p><div><p><b>Requirements include the following experience or equivalent combination of training and experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Completion of a B.A. or a B.S. Degree in Social Science, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field or be a RN or LPN</li><li>
One (1) year of experience in assessment or service provision</li><li>
Certain programs may allow years of experience to replace educational requirements</li><li>
Must possess and maintain in good standing, a valid Illinois Driver&rsquo;s License</li></ul><p><b>
The preferred candidate will:</b></p><ul><li>
Have the ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish</li></ul><p>
