JOB SUMMARY</b></p><p>
The Service Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating service solutions that result in the work assignments for the Service Technicians and solutions for our customers. This Service Coordinator is also responsible for a variety of office and service administration procedures.</p><p><b><br>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Answer phones and email communications. Provide the appropriate support and direction on customer inquiries and needs. Return calls to various parties promptly.</li><li>
Accurately prepare service orders by creating service call entries in the appropriate system of record, while working closely with management and service technicians to ensure an efficient, accurate, and timely process.</li><li>
Efficiently invoice service work and planned maintenance work accurately and timely. Post vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.</li><li>
Schedule and dispatch service calls effectively.</li><li>
Order parts, as needed, for service work and maintains records related to parts orders.</li><li>
Process customer credit card payments in a timely manner. Ensure records are secure and filed appropriately.</li><li>
Review sales and service leads. Coordinate the delegation of leads to the proper person.</li><li>
Conduct miscellaneous warehouse-related duties, as assigned.</li><li>
May be responsible for other office-related duties, as assigned by the Division Vice President and/or Operations Manager.</li><li>

Assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door equipment under the direct guidance of experienced technicians</li><li>
Participate in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks &mdash; rolling doors, sectional doors, levelers, and dock equipment</li><li>
Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment to support installation and repair tasks</li><li>
Study and apply technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and documentation alongside experienced teammates</li></ul></div><div><b>

Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow all OSHA safety protocols, PPE requirements, and fall protection standards</li><li>

COMPENSATION</b></div><div>
This compensation information is a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage range that DuraServ reasonably expects to pay upon hire, and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Similar positions located outside of a covered jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $26.90 and reflects the range DuraServ expects to pay at the time of hire, based on factors including geographic market, skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.</div><div></div><div><i><br>
