Durango Dermatology is seeking a full time medical receptionist with exceptional customer service skills. If you are looking for a relaxed, yet busy environment with a kind and happy culture, please apply today.Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself</li><li>Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on provider availability</li><li>Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data</li><li>Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits</li><li>Provide patients with support and guidance as needed</li><li>Process incoming faxes and monitor patient email</li></ul>Applicants should meet the following requirements:<ul><li>Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory</li><li>High school diploma/GED required</li><li>Medical office experience preferred, but not required.
