This role requires substantial client interaction and strategic legal advising. Comprehensive training and support will be provided. This position necessitates service at both our Mesa headquarters and our satellite office in Scottsdale. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Legal Drafting &amp; Review:</b> Draft, analyze, and revise a broad range of legal documents, including business structuring agreements, estate plans, and tax-planning instruments, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks.</li><li><b>
Client Advisory &amp; Representation:</b> Provide sophisticated legal counsel on matters related to business transactions, estate planning, and tax optimization strategies.</li><li><b>
Regulatory &amp; Ethical Compliance:</b> Maintain adherence to all applicable legal standards, statutes, and ethical requirements.</li><li><b>
Case &amp; Practice Management:</b> Strategically manage case files, oversee documentation accuracy, and facilitate coordination between legal and administrative teams.</li><li><b>

Education &amp; Experience:</b></h4><ul><li>
Juris Doctor (JD).</li><li>
