<div>Position Description:
Job Summary: 
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee daily human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures with the support of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

HR Duties (with the support of a PEO):
<ul><li>
Process weekly and biweekly payrolls.
</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
</li><li>Work on the recruitment and selection processes.
</li><li>Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
</li><li>Administer compensation and benefit plans.
</li><li>Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve issues promptly.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
</li><li>Ensure zero production losses due to staffing levels.
</li></ul>Administrative Duties:
<ul><li>
Coordinate with management to report issues with structure and common areas.
</li><li>Oversee office supply inventory management.
</li><li>Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
</li><li>Organize company events and activities.
</li></ul>
Other Duties:
<ul><li>
Act as a liaison between India-based IT and Accounting personnel and local vendors.
</li><li>Perform other related duties as directed.
</li></ul>
Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
</li><li>Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).
</li></ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role.
</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
</li><li>Must be able to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low.</li></ul></div>
