  Contract Scope of works requirements:
 </p>

   Representing CLIENT FM department with FM contractor
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure alignment with CLIENT&rsquo;s vision, mission and objective while guaranteeing the FM contractor team is aligned.
  </li>
  <li>
   Being responsible for implementing CLIENT FM strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to resolving any inconsistencies that might affect operation and strategic levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attending and participating in all meetings as required.
  </li>

   Sharing reports and updates on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually with CLIENT in addition to ad-hoc.

Project Director

  &bull;Develop continuous improvement plans and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery. &bull;Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs and all technical documentation. &bull;Conduct condition surveys, asset verification, and technical audits, delivering clear recommendations. &bull;Ensure statutory, regulatory, and safety compliance across electrical and associated mechanical systems. &bull;Develop risk registers and mitigation plans to support business continuity and resilience. &bull;Monitor service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs, escalating and recommending corrective actions where necessary. &bull;Evaluate contractor proposals, maintenance plans (SFG20), and O&amp;M documentation for suitability and compliance.

Facilities Manager
