The Paralegal - Real Estate is a key member of the Dutch Bros growing legal team. This role is responsible for providing support to attorneys, paralegals, and internal business partners on all business matters related to real estate development, transactions, and agreements. The Paralegal - Real Estate will also work closely in partnership with the paralegal and administrative staff on supporting internal and external attorneys managing a varying range of legal matters.</p><p></p><div><div><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>

Draft, track, review, and negotiate Build-to-Suit and Ground Lease Agreements, including but not limited to all ancillary lease documents (CC&amp;Rs, SNDAs, estoppels, memorandums, amendments, rent commencement certificates, easements, etc)</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Draft, review, and circulate all related notices and correspondence</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
