The ideal candidate will manage sales executives, ensure franchise targets are met, and boost regional sales growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and monitor inside sales and franchise performance within the zone</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly outlet sales targets</li><li>Supervise and support sales executives and outlet staff</li><li>Develop and implement regional sales strategies</li><li>Track leads, conversions, and maintain daily sales reports</li><li>Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise outlets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years in franchise/inside sales</li><li>Inside Sales (optional ) , furniture / interior experience ( compulsory )</li><li>Strong team leadership &amp; communication skills</li><li>Must be willing to relocate</li><li>Must be willing to travel within the assigned zone</li><li>English and Malayalam fluency</li><li>Any degree</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Melattur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>B2B sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
