Description</b></h4><p>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for DV8 Energy&rsquo;s monitoring and industrial IoT technology across Texas and the broader U.S. market. We are focused on customer acquisition and retention. With best-in-class solutions for water infrastructure and industrial monitoring, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and wants to be part of an elite team.</p></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Houston, the broader U.S. market, and select international opportunities to drive DV8 Energy&rsquo;s growth in water and industrial monitoring solutions.</li><li>
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key utilities, water operators, industrial facilities, and service providers that can benefit from DV8&rsquo;s innovative water technology.</li><li>
Lead introductory and discovery meetings to assess client needs and align DV8 offerings with market opportunities in water and industrial monitoring.</li><li>
Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical overviews to prospective and existing clients.</li><li>
Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial terms that maximize value for both clients and DV8.</li><li>
Represent DV8 Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and industry credibility.</li><li>
Manage, nurture, and expand the existing customer base, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and strategic growth.</li></ul></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Demonstrated top-tier success in technical sales within water infrastructure, industrial monitoring, automation, or similar technology sectors. Deep expertise in process monitoring, IoT analytics, and industrial sensors, combined with a proven ability to clearly communicate advanced DV8 Energy solutions.</li></ul></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of demonstrated success in technology, industrial, or business solutions sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li>
Degree in Business, Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) preferred.</li><li>
Experience in automation, industrial monitoring, or water sector sales is highly desirable.</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills, with a strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations.</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Marketing, commercial strategy, or business development experience is a plus.</li><li>
Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as needed.</li><li>
Based in the Houston area or willing to relocate, with a strong understanding of the U.S. water and industrial monitoring market and global business expansion opportunities.</li></ul></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tech Stack &amp; Training</b></h3><ul><li>
CRM &amp; Sales Tools: Salesforce (or equivalent) for pipeline management, client tracking, and reporting.</li><li>
Productivity &amp; Collaboration: Google Workspace.</li><li>
Marketing &amp; Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and industry database tools.</li><li>
Presentation &amp; Demo Tools: Google Meet or other virtual meeting platforms; ability to deliver live and recorded product demos.</li><li>
Data &amp; Analytics: Familiarity with sales performance dashboards, reporting tools, and market intelligence platforms is a plus.</li></ul></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
