Position Title: HR Compliance Specialist Department: Human Resources Location: Bhawanipur, Suhasini Ganguly Sarani, Kolkata - 700025Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure company&rsquo;s HR policies and procedures comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of employee records, attendance, and payroll compliance.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, documentation, and HR compliance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with management for the implementation of HR policies and employee communication.</li><li>Support in drafting and updating company policies, code of conduct, and HR manuals.</li><li>Monitor adherence to compliance deadlines related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, etc.</li><li>Investigate and address employee grievances related to compliance or policy violations.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies as required.</li><li>Conduct internal training or awareness sessions on HR and workplace compliance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>In which Year did you complete your MBA in HR?</li><li>Total years of experience in Compliance.</li><li>Are you compatible in CTC structure making?</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/12/2025
