Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Design and Presales Consultant to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will support sales and delivery teams by designing scalable AV/UC solutions for enterprise clients across the region. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, developing technical designs, and supporting the sales process through to project handover.
The ideal candidate will have a strong AV technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Occasional regional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Collaborate with regional sales teams to design tailored AV/UC solutions for enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Develop system architectures covering video conferencing, collaboration tools, control systems, digital signage, and audio systems.</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution demos to understand business needs and present technical concepts effectively.</li>
<li>Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing technical documentation, drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and detailed scopes of work.</li>
<li>Translate customer requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support the transition of projects to delivery teams for smooth implementation.</li>
</ul>Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in AV/UC platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Neat, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
</li><li>Solid background in presales solution design, including system diagrams, floorplans, and rack layouts using tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and D-Tools.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Proven consultative skills with a customer-centric approach.</li>
<li>Strong multitasking and time management abilities to support multiple opportunities across the region.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications such as CTS-D, CTS-I, or vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.</li>
