Designation -HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER.Expiriance -1.5 to 3.5 Years.Education- BE (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical ).Location-Kothrud ,PuneResponsibilities :Design Stage- Ability to study and understand architecture drawings.- Coordinate with architects / co-consultants / clients to get all required details fordesigning HVAC systems.- Refer to appropriate design resources and standards to get accurate design relatedinformation / data. Engineering judgment only to be used when details arenotavailable within our database and senior team members.- Accurately fill load formats and carry out heat load calculations using HAP.- Select and design appropriate HVAC systems based on project requirements.Ability to accurately fill out all related formats, spreadsheets, and documents.- Prepare DBR for projects with comprehensive HVAC detailing.Tender Stage- Prepare tender documents based on the finalized design.- Study HVAC drawings prepared by the drafting team, ensure that all items fromdrawing are covered within the HVAC BOQs. Carry out accurate measurements foritems such as piping, ducting and insulation.- Ensure that technical specifications and approved makes are included andaccurately described for all BOQ related items.Post Tender Stage- Carry out technical and commercial comparisons between vendors / contractorsand assign ratings based on defined criterion.- Review technical submittals of vendors, comment / approval the same.- Review vendor GFC drawings, comment / approve the same.Other Responsibilities- Assume AutoCAD drafting responsibilities for certain projects where deemedrequired along with MEP services drawing coordination.o HVAC drafting typically includes the preparation of HVAC equipment, ductingand piping layouts, HVAC RCP layouts, air side and water side schematics,zoning, and pressurization drawing, electrical SLDs, etc.o MEP drawing coordination requires basic understanding of the services,superimposing HVAC and all other MEP services on to a commoncoordination layout and resolving clashes.- Coordinate with team members and team leader(s) to successfully completeprojectdesign and carry out all related office work.- Develop basic understanding for carrying out CFD analysis, Lift well/stairwellpressurization, pipe flow analysis, smoke analysis, building simulation, etc.- Actively participate in weekly team meetings, stay updated with all project status ofyour team and prepare minutes of meeting when required.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,199.14 - &#8377;70,496.96 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
